Above all, I truly believe that everyone can choose and design an existence that matches individual desires. You deserve to enjoy your time engaged with people you love and love you in return. Hence, my quest is to help people find meaning and purpose while learning how to have more fun so that everyday is not a grind.

In amongst my recent development, I have trained with Tony Robbins (on maximising goals) as well as attending workshops/seminars with Esther Perel (on relationships and intimacy) and Bessel van der Kolk (on trauma). Each year I travel and embrace the latest research from ‘the current psychology greats’ in a bid to stay fresh in the pursuit of therapy excellence.

On a personal note, I am a mother of 5 living in Brisbane, Australia, juggling a hectic life full of mayhem, rich with imperfection and constant curve-balls. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, the beach, yoga and hanging out with family and friends. People have described me as fun-loving and cheeky while I fancy myself as somewhat sophisticated,I’ll let you be the judge.

For most of my adult life, I have been a practicing psychologist and with that, I have gained a wealth of knowledge. It’s a humbling journey where I am continually learning and realising new ways to live and love. My focus is on maximising the beautiful opportunities this life holds and sharing insights with others.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
