Our retreats aren’t for the faint hearted. They involve deep reflection, courage and effort. But the results are completely worth it.
After 19 years in private practice as a Psychologist, I became frustrated with my long wait list and the subsequent frustration my clients had with not being able to see me regularly enough.
It dawned on me that many of the people reaching out for help had similar issues. That’s when the idea of running retreats hit me. I got so excited by being able to reach more people at once that I worked night and day researching the key elements of what constituted happiness and fulfilment.
After, travelling to the United States, I trained and became a certified Facilitator of Brené Browns Daring Way Course which focuses on vulnerability and Shame resilience.
Over the course of a year I produced a program that encompasses the essential elements to turn your life around.
I created a retreat which could tackle the big-ticket-items holding people back from living their finest life so they could reach their potential and achieve their unique desires.
After running retreats for years now, I can safely say they work and I couldn’t be happier to see such transformation in such a short space of time.
